Active duty members can visit the DFAS tax statement website at: https://www.dfas.mil/MilitaryMembers/taxinfo/taxstatements/ to request or view their tax statements. Those with limited internet access can call DFAS at 800-321-1080 M-F, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. ET to have a paper copy of their active duty W-2 reissued to them.
